Brinks of a New Day Sometimes I wonder if life is as simple as people intended. I mean face it, the world has seem to gone down hill. And all we could do is watch as all of the terror unfolds. Little Argate was about eight when he first encountered the wolf. Not that it was much of an encounter. The half hedgehog had been sleeping in the expanse of tunnels dug underneath a large weeping cherry tree. A strange noise woke him from his rest. Looking around he wandered sleepily up to the entrance at the base of the tree to see what the noise was. He didn't notice anything until he looked on the opposite side of the forest giant, for that truly what it was. He didn't fully understand what he saw but it was a pretty sight.
